Oude Bildtzijl - Hotel De Witte Klok
In the north west of Friesland lies the parish county of 'Het Bildt' with the picturesque village Oudebildtzijl. In the middle of the village two rather special buildings, numbers 2 and 4 'Ds. Schuilingstraat ' can be found . Number 2 used to be used as a travellers hotel and was given the name 'The White Clock' in1664. Both buildings were completely restored between 1998 and 1999. Four rooms are available, each suitable for between two and four people. Every room has it's own kitchen area. The apartments are tastefully designed, with their own toilet and bathroom facilities. Provisions can be obtained in the village corner shop in the same building.
