This charming and comfortable apartment is located in the centre of Amsterdam. The private apartment is situated on the third floor of a monumental canal house and is suitable for 2 persons (a baby or small child up to 2 years is welcome free of charge). The apartment is about 50 m2 or 400 square feet. It has a spacious living room with a lovely view over the canal. The apartment has a fireplace, a separate bedroom, a small open kichen and a private bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and an off-the-floor toilet.

The apartment is in a quiet area, whilst still in the heart of Amsterdam. It is around the corner from Nieuwmarkt square, with its bars and restaurants and the historical 'Waag' building. At present The Waag houses a restaurant.

We were absolutely thrilled to stay at the Oude Waal appartment. Everything was A+: Clean, quite and well equiped appartment, fantastic beds, nice & friendly hosts and beautyful views over the canal. We could not have had a more perfect base for our stay in Amsterdam; we highly recommend staying in this little gem.
