Residenz City Lodge is situated in the heart of the stately area Duinoord in The Hague on a almond shaped square. The house was built in 1895, a period in which a lot of houses were built for people who returned from the Dutch East.
Over the years the house served several purposes. Most recently the consul of Spain lived here with his staff. After a renovation that lasted over a year, Residenz opened as City Lodge in April 2006. Residenz is a boutique hotel with bed and breakfast charm. We receive you with proud.
Residenz has 4 comfortable suites and 2 apartments that are equipped with all modern facilities. In surface the rooms are 35m2 to 90m2. They are decorated in a style that can be described as urban-chique with a touch of theatre. 3 Suites and both apartments have a open fire place. Residenz is situated centrally between the city centre and the beaches.
