A stunning town garden, with the inclusion of a sun terrace, majestic magnolia trees and a well-designed kitchen garden, infuses the whole with a paradisiacal touch which ultimately was what we were aiming for.

The salonWithout doubt, Epicurus is the father of good etiquette and decorum. Pegasus however is there to prove that enjoyment is just as valid a life philosophy. Designed with a discerning sense of taste, this "room of exquisite sojourn" breathes that organic matter-of-factness which allows tales to surface of their own accord. The whole atmosphere is one that inveites intense scintillatin. The brief wait for your drinks to be served as you enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the garden turns into a moment of cherish, a trait d'union between table and bed.

Garden and terraceThe ancient Tulip tree (Magnolia) acts as a flourishing passageway from the snug and homely interior to the refreshing town garden. Bert conducts his team of keen casserolists with distinctive creations as his own personal credo. Trained by masters such as Bruneau, Jean Berquin (Rust Roest), Geert Van Hecke (De Karmeliet) and Peter Goossens (Hof van Cleve), Bert went on to plot his own course. A dash of exoticism, some Mediterranean colours and above all, an unrelenting attentiveness to freshness and quailty are the elements which define the palette on offer. Cookery as a highly enjoyable art form.
