Weekendhotel subscription
Members of Weekendhotel can present themselves on their page with all the "bells and whistles" you can expect from a modern hotel website.
Lots of room for text, photo galleries, a link to your website, maps, an availability calendar, email the owner form, packages promotions etc.
Subscription prices depend on the size of the hotel or bed&breakfast: (the number of rooms).

1. Subscriptions:
Prices in euro’s per year (excl. VAT). Subscriptions can start any day and are automatically renewed (but you can cancel any day).
2. Link to Weekendhotel:
Hotels on Weekendhotel have to link to Weekendhotel. Hotels who prefer not to place a link pay 25 euro extra per year on top of their subscription fee.
3. Ranking of the listings:
The ranking changes daily (every night) and is at random. Weekendhotels who maintain their calendars well have the best positions in the listings.
4. Availability calendar:
Owners can maintain their availability online with a simple calendar. Members receive a weekly email-reminder "update your calendar". This approach works well, especially for bed and breakfast addresses.
5. Direct contact with the owner:
Searchers find on Weekendhotel a nice overview of addresses which (still) have availability, for bookings they can contact the owner directly.
6. Direct bookings, automatic updates calendar
Addresses who work together with hoteliers.com or stardekk.com dont have to maintain their calendar manually. The calendars of these hotels are updated automaticly and they can be booked on Weekendhotel directly through these partners (without commission).
7. Calendar can also be included on your website:
The calendar is available as a "widget" and is easy to integrate in your own website (color and size can be adjusted by you).
8. Packages promotions:
Members can advertise package offers. These are shown on the page of the hotel but also in extra search listings.
9. Easy to maintain:
Every hotel has its own maintenance page. All hotelinfo can be updated here by the owner (login first).
Listing without a subscription
All hotels who have been selected for Weekendhotel get a 3 month free trail subscription. Addresses who after that period dont become a member stay listed on Weekendhotel but at the botto m of the lists with only a short mention.
These hotels can still use the label "Favorite of Weekendhotel" on their website and they still have to (yes: this is a must!) link to Weekendhotel.
