This authentic medieval almshouse has been lovingly renovated and furnished in contemporary style with respect for the historic character of the place. A romantic hideaway for two, situated in a picturesque little street inside the old city ramparts.

The crackle of the roaring log fire adds to the unique atmosphere of this cosy house.Casa Dei combines the nostalgia of a historic place with contemporary comforts.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a luxury, modern shower cubicle and toilet, a convivial log fire and a sunny terrace.

The perfect retreat for an intimate break!

Casa Dei can easily be reached by car from the ring around Bruges and is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the railway station. The house is centrally located in a quiet street, where you can easily park your car. A 2 minutes’ walk leads you to the city centre where you can see world famous masterpieces of art, like the paintings of the Flemish Primitives, and the most beautiful statue of Bruges: Michelangelo’s Madonna with Child in the Church of Our Lady.

The house has four rooms. You enter directly in the living room with the original fireplace. Next to this room is the kitchen, leading to a small terrace outside, where you can eat during summer. Upstairs is the romantic bedroom and the bathroom with a luxury, modern shower cubicle.

Arrival on Friday (or Saturday), or on Monday for a midweek

Loved this little house. Very quaint and ideal if you are looking for something a bit different to a bland hotel room. Clean, comfortable and cosy with everything you need for a self accommodating trip to Bruges. The stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom look a bit daunting but after a couple of times up and down they are easy to manage and only add to the charm and fun of the place. Ideal location, very close to all the attractions in Bruges and I would definitely stay here again. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anybody looking for a property that enhances the whole Bruges experience. Absolutly charming.

We hadden een topweekend in Brugge! Bijzonder leuk, authentiek citéhuisje. Heel romantisch en fotogeniek. De open haard brand perfect. Echt gezellig. Uitstekende ligging, vlakbij het centrum, én het station, én een grote, betaalbare parking. Kort parkeren bij de deur kan ook. Voordeur met een code. Handig! Stadsplannentjes (maar geen gidsen) zijn aanwezig in het huisje.

Een prachtig romantisch huisje midden in het centrum van Brugge. Super mooi ingericht. Er liggen allerlei folders/ boekjes + touristische informatie. Een openhaard!!! Een tuintje. Een cd speler met cd's. We hebben een heerlijke drie dagen gehad.

Je gaat echt naar Casa Deus voor een sfeervol en prettig verblijf in Brugge. Een knus huisje voor jezelf, klein, maar met alles erop en eraan. Het is dus geen luxe hotelkamer, en dat vinden wij helemaal top. Iets waar je je helemaal op je gemak voelt. alles is er dichtbij.
