Guestrooms in a monumental Frisian farmhouse from 1860.
In the stables of our monumental Frisian "head-neck-body" farmhouse built in 1860 in the hamlet Lutje Lollum near the city of Franeker, we have realized 3 - double rooms all with a separate bathroom and as well a cosy livingroom/ breakfast area. In the "Lyts Bûthus" ( the cowstable) a kitchen and a familyroom. Also this year 2011 we have a childrens'guestroom. They sleep in their own room and use the bathroom and other facilities from the room of their parents.
Our intention is that the carachter of the old farmhouse has to be kept so that any guests will get the feeling that they are staying at a farm. As we say in Dutch the "Ot and Sien" feeling from long ago.
Our horses, sheep, chickens etc, will help to give you that feeling.
Two small stables are still in the old style and here you will find some nice sitting areas and areading corner, a childrens corner and an little exhibition of some old tools used on the farm.when we restored them..
In the country and still close to the city you will be able to relax and enjoy your holidays with us, which will start every morning with a delicious breakfast with all fresh products.
Our B & B is also a very relaxing place to stay if you have business to do in our neighbourhood or if you are partcipatin in a course.

normal price for 4 nights 310,00 Euros now it will cost you only 260,00 Euros for 2 persons! Including a wonderful breakfast!
If you stay 3 nights you have 5% discount.
If you stay 4 nights or more 10% discount.
Children can always pick up the eggs from our chickens. They can write their name on the egg and eat the egg the next morning.
In wintertime the children can help us in the stables.
Gezellig er even op uit met familie, vrienden of collega's? Vraag naar onze barbecue arrangementen.
Deze kunnen altijd doorgang vinden dus........ zon, regen, wind, onverwachte kou...... geen nood wij zijn op alles voorbereid.
U kunt uiteraard bij mooi weer buiten barbecuen, met wat minder mooi weer in en om ons prieel en bij koud of slecht weer in onze prachtige schuur.
Professionele gas-barbecue en heathers aanwezig.
Alles wordt mooi gedekt en volledig verzorgd.
U hoeft enkel het vlees zelf te braden op de barbecue.
