All you need to do is ring up and the moment you come through the door you will be warmly welcomed by the owner of the house. She loves having people to stay and she will treat you like a special guest.
At Bed & Breakfast “BijDeGraaf” you can stay, look around, join in the conversation and communal life, but also relax, take yourself off and go your own way. You will be staying in a house with a history. The rooms are artistically and authentically furnished, in warm colours, with masses of light and with a view of peaceful, rural village life.

During the winter your hostess will ‘’wheel’’ your breakfast into your spacious room. Breakfast is fresh, refreshing, surprising and varied.

To give you a feeling of total relaxation, the luxurious bathroom has under-floor heating, a large bath, two washbasins, shower, toilet and bidet.

Weekend idea:

A stay between Wad and city: The waddensurrounding stands on the list at Unicef; a particular area which must be protected. And on the other side of this village there is the old city Leeuwarden with its museums, the old city with small estates, the nicest shop street of the Netherlands… Dokkum, another ancient town is only 15 km. up north. Beautiful because of the Dokkumer Ee (famous for the 11cities skating tour). In summer small boats to look at, in winter we dream of a skating yourney.

You come stay a weekend at our B&B and we offer you a delicious wide chamber with flowers at the table, non-alcoholic welcome, a route card of the surroundings, a town plan and further all the lovely things this B&B stands for.

Your short holiday in Friesland you conclude that with the pleasant feeling you had a luxuriously stay, without having to pay a luxurious price.
You arrive on Monday or Tuesday and after a stay of 3 nights you pay only €198, - for 2 persons.
For this you receive:
Welcome with one drink, 3 nights stay, 3x a vast breakfast, indefinitely coffee and tea, a very wide chamber with television, wifi, a ''wellness'' bathroom with tub, bidet and floor heating.
Moreover vast information concerning the surroundings and tips concerning what there is all to do.

With the kids idea:

You want to take your children with you? Come and stay at the room at the second floor. Very spacious with a private bathroom. It will give you a feeling of having your own appartment.

Visit the most childfriendly museum of the city Leeuwarden: the ''Natuurmuseum'' where you can take a hike at the bottom of a Frisian canal; you can see the travels of Captain Severein and an very long skeleton of a ''potvis'', a huge fish of 13 meters!!

Meeting idea:

Beleef Fryslân Creatief&Smaakvol:
De 1e avond ontvangst met hapje, drankje en een lichte Fryske maaltijd. Daarna bezichtiging van de oude kerk in Finkum. De volgende ochtend na het ontbijt met Fryske streekproducten vertrekt u naar het atelier van dessinontwerpster Nynke Runia. De hele dag volgt u de workshop Ambachtelijke Katoendruk met tussen de middag een Fryske lunch.
Rond 16.00 uur afronding met drankje en hapje.

Kosten €137,50 p.p.

Dit arrangement is te boeken voor 4-6 personen. Data zijn in overleg. Ook door de week!

Het verblijf is te verlengen met nog een overnachting en een Frysk avondmaal.

Leuk verblijf en lekker ontbijt gehad. Brigitte de Graaf is een aardige, gastvrije vrouw waar je je gelijk thuis voelt.
