The apartment,4 star, in our villa is situated near the centre of Berlin. It is (built in 1918, renovated between 2003-2005) situated in the upper-class suburban district called “Karlshorst”. This is the location where the German Capitulation was signed in 1945 (today it exists as a museum).
The surroundings around the house is very calm and green. There are 2 balconies where you have a beautiful view over the natural garden. Here is where you can have your meals, relax in style or sunbath. Inside our villa we proudly present to you the original doors, the original wooden floor boards and very nice handmade stucco.
