These wonderful central located, just renovated luxery groundfloor-apartment (90m2 ) in the centrum of Amsterdam, has a lots of light and a special high sealing. Almoast no traffic in front of the house.
The very big livingroom has a completeley equiped open kitchen+1 dubble bed.
1 Big bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
1 Smal bedroom with 1 single bed.
Upstairs: entresol/bedroom with 2 single beds.
Internet connection for a laptop.
Available: central heathing, tv./radio, dvd.,video, cd., fridge, oven/microwave, cooker, hotwaterboiler, toaster, hairdryer, towels, linen and blankets.

Price: 140,-euro for 4 persons per night.
Price: 730,- euro for 4 persons per week.

Reservation: 100,-euro deposit paid in advance. ( inside 3 days )
Cleaningfee: 30,- euro.
The deposit: will be returned in change for the keys, on the day of departure.

Check-in: after 14.00 pm./ check-out before 11.00am.

ruhiges,sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartement, großzügiges Platzangebot, sehr gut ausgestattet,alles neuwertig, Wohlfühlathmosphäre; sehr nette Vermieterin; alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
